Trustjaguar is an online review platform where consumers can share reviews of companies, and businesses can engage with feedback and build trust.

Yes, consumers can browse reviews, and write them at no cost. Businesses have optional paid plans for additional features (e.g. advanced analytics, review invites, reputation management).

 Use the search bar at the top of Trustjaguar’s homepage. Enter the business name, category, or domain to view their profile and reviews. 

In most cases, yes,  as long as you have had a genuine experience with the company (e.g. purchased a product or used a service). Your review must follow Trustjaguar’s Review Guidelines.

You can usually go to your profile or dashboard (if you are logged in) and find the review you posted. There, you should see options to edit, update or remove it subject to certain limitations or timing windows per Trustjaguar policy.

Trustjaguar supports some verification mechanisms (for example via review invites sent by businesses). But generally, not all reviews are independently verified. Still, Trustjaguar monitors reviews for misuse, spam, or fake submissions via algorithms and human moderation.

Yes, Trustjaguar offers a mobile-friendly website and mobile app, so you can read, search, and post reviews on the go. 

A business can sign up via Trustjaguar's business platform, create a profile, and begin collecting reviews. There is usually a free Basic option and paid upgrades.

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Trust Jaguar will send instructions (via email) to reset your password.

Trustjaguar maintains privacy and security policies (see their Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions) outlining how user data is handled.
