1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or submit content on Trust Jaguar. If you use the website on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your Account

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
• Usernames must not impersonate another person or brand, or be offensive or misleading.
• You may not sell, transfer or share your account with anyone else.
• Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Submitting Links and Content

Registered members can submit links, titles, descriptions, comments and votes ("User Content"). When you submit User Content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share it, and it does not violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Titles and descriptions accurately describe the linked page and are written in your own words, not copied in full from the source.
• The link points to a working, safe and publicly accessible page.
• You have chosen the most relevant category.
• You have not submitted the same link multiple times.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. We do not pre-screen submissions and do not endorse any User Content or the websites it links to.

We may add attributes such as nofollow, ugc or sponsored to links, and we may change how links are displayed, at any time. Submitting a link does not guarantee any traffic, ranking, backlink value or that the link will stay published.

4. Content Guidelines

To keep Trust Jaguar useful and trustworthy, User Content must not:

• Be spam, auto-generated filler, or posted mainly to manipulate search engine rankings
• Link to malware, phishing pages, scams, or deceptive or misleading websites
• Contain or link to sexually explicit material, or any material that sexually exploits or endangers children
• Promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate or discrimination against any person or group
• Harass, threaten, bully or defame any person
• Share someone else's personal or private information without their consent
• Promote illegal goods or services, gambling, or unlicensed financial or investment schemes
• Infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your connection with them
• Contain knowingly false information or misinformation
• Violate any law in force in India or in your own country

5. Prohibited Activities

When using Trust Jaguar, you must not:

• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to create accounts, submit links, vote or comment
• Create multiple accounts to boost your own submissions, or trade, buy or sell votes
• Scrape, crawl or copy the website's content or data without our written permission, except for normal search engine indexing
• Try to hack, overload, disrupt or bypass any security feature of the website
• Upload or spread viruses or other harmful code
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users

6. License You Grant Us

You keep ownership of the User Content you post. By submitting it, you give Trust Jaguar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, distribute and promote that content on and in connection with the website, including on our social media pages and in newsletters. This license lasts until the content is removed from the website, except for copies kept in backups for a reasonable time or as required by law.

Votes, rankings and comments made on your submissions by other users are part of the community discussion and may remain visible even if you later delete your account.

7. Moderation and Removal

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, review, edit, re-categorize, hide or remove any User Content that we believe breaks these Terms, harms our community or is otherwise inappropriate. We are not obliged to monitor all content, and we are not responsible for any User Content posted by others.

If you see content that breaks these Terms, please report it through our Contact page with the link to the story and the reason for your report.

8. Copyright and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Trust Jaguar infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a written notice to our Grievance Officer (see Section 18) that includes:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email address
2. A description of the work or right you claim has been infringed
3. The exact URL of the content on Trust Jaguar
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner or the law
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We will review valid notices and act on them in line with applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly post infringing content.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

Most stories on Trust Jaguar link to websites we do not own or control. Some stories may display thumbnail images or summaries taken from the original source. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, products, services or privacy practices of any third-party website. Visiting an external link is at your own risk, and any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that party.

10. Our Intellectual Property

The Trust Jaguar name, logo, website design, layout, software and original content created by us are owned by Trust Jaguar and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reuse or distribute them without our written permission. Sharing links to Trust Jaguar pages is always welcome.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or limit your access to the website, at any time and without notice if we believe you have broken these Terms, misused the platform or created legal risk for us or other users.

You may stop using Trust Jaguar and delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including Sections 6, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15, will remain in effect.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trust Jaguar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, secure or free of viruses, or that any content on it is accurate, complete or reliable. Content shared by users and on linked websites reflects the views of its authors, not of Trust Jaguar, and is not professional, financial, medical or legal advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Jaguar and its owners, team members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, traffic, rankings or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or any linked website.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim related to the website will not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trust Jaguar and its owners, team members and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the website, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Trust Jaguar will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], [State], India. Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes to These Terms

17. General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement between you and Trust Jaguar about the website.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest will remain in full effect.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a right or provision, that does not mean we give it up.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
